Products, Services & Custom Orders

Madi Ashlee Designs offers physical products, custom embroidery, gifting services, and event design services.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many of our offerings:

  • Colors, placement, scale, and materials may vary slightly

  • Customization details submitted by you are your responsibility to review for accuracy

  • We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (including spelling or personalization details)

Fees & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you authorize us and any third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our work:

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion

  • Any approved return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us first and allow 14 days to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access to services

  • Forfeiture of products or bonuses

  • Recovery of fees, costs, and legal expenses

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including designs, text, images, logos, embroidery patterns, graphics, videos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Madi Ashlee Designs and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Claim any of our work as your own

Unauthorized use will result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

User Content & Media Release
